Description

• Focus Lab is a strategic brand agency looking for a seasoned brand/UI designer with at least 4 years of experience. • Candidates must be based in the U.S. or Canada and able to work within the Eastern Time Zone hours. • Display strong proficiency in written and spoken English. • The ideal candidate is a champion of all things visual, with a deep understanding of the branding process. • Lead visual identity and digital interface projects, creating original, industry-leading creative work. • Engage with the Design team through collaboration sessions, design critique, attending design conferences, and more. • Expected to present and defend design decisions and navigate feedback confidently.

• Unlimited paid time off.
