Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent • 1-3 years’ experience in professional services, customer facing type role • Prior experience in a developer/analyst role preferred • Proficiency in Java programming language, including experience with JavaScript, JasperSoft iReport, CSS, HTML, and XML, along with preferred experience in the Microsoft suite of tools. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities, with a proactive and creative problem-solving approach. • Ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications effectively. • Experienced in estimating work efforts, managing project timelines, and handling multiple customer demands with excellent time management skills. • Demonstrated capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. • Strong organizational and project management skills, thriving in fast-paced environments. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, focused on customer outcomes. • Passionate about understanding and addressing customer needs, with a history of delivering positive results.
