•The Tech Lead of Data & Analytics is responsible for overseeing the delivery of analytics & AI solutions using Reporting, Data Science, AI and Data Services. •This role involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of analytics experts to implement data analytics solutions. •He/she collaborates with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and solutions and manages a team of consultants and experts. •He/she needs strong technical skills in delivery of analytics, AI and data services, alongside excellent communication skills and a record of successful projects. •Responsibilities include interaction with clients, project leadership, establishing standards, making operational decisions, fostering teamwork and reporting project outcomes, and staying current with advancements.

Requirements

•5+ years of experience in the delivery of data analytics solutions with a proven track record of leading successful data-driven projects •3+ years as Solutions or Technical Lead in the delivery of Azure based data & analytics projects •Sound knowledge of Databricks a plus •Strong technical skills in data services, conceptual architecture, data governance, analytics & AI •Understanding of how AI and ML is applied in data analytics solutions •Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization •Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
