Description

• Build next generation health and wellness platform for LGBTQIA care • Lead a hands-on engineering team to deliver high-impact work • Oversee release processes and drive quality-first approach

Requirements

• 5+ years writing production code in a modern language (Typescript, Python, Java, Kotlin, Rust, Swift, Go, etc.) • 3+ years working with relational databases • 3+ years executing DevOps type tasks in a public cloud • Proven leader who has led teams to build consumer-facing products from start to finish • Demonstrated ability to translate business and member needs into a technical vision and product development roadmap • Experience collaborating closely with product, design, customer success and other business functions to creatively solve customer needs • Deep critical reasoning skills and strong business judgment to make sound decisions and provide clear rationale • Entrepreneurial mindset; ability to innovate and think outside the box • Proven experience building production grade software in a security conscious industry, preferably Healthcare or FinTech • Pride in your work but a primary focus on execution and releasing valuable software • Realistic estimation skills with the ability to negotiate scope and compromise • A love for learning, coaching, and mentorship
