• Responsible for equipping our sales organization with the knowledge, tools, content, and training needed to improve sales productivity and effectiveness. • Develop and implement a structured onboarding program for new sales hires. • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create and maintain a centralized repository of sales collateral. • Work with Global and Revenue Operations to refine and enhance the sales process. • Train sales teams on the effective use of CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (Highspot). • Track and analyze sales productivity metrics to identify training needs, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. • Serve as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams. • Design and facilitate ongoing sales training programs, workshops, and certifications. • Provide coaching on sales techniques, objection handling, competitive positioning, and value-based selling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role within a SaaS or technology-driven organization. • Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) and experience in coaching sales teams. • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), learning management systems (LMS), and sales enablement tools such as Seismic, Highspot, or Gong. • Ability to analyze sales performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging training content and deliver presentations. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Experience in SaaS, technology sales, or the food industry is a plus. • Ability to drive change and adoption of new sales processes and tools. • Understanding of the customer journey and how sales enablement contributes to improving buyer engagement and conversions. • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across teams to align on goals and strategies.
