• Impact-driven, remote-first, ClimateTech startup focused on reversing climate change. • Open to both Head of Finance and CFO profiles. • Shaping and driving financial strategy for sustainable growth. • Empower the business to scale operations and contribute to climate change solutions. • Report to the CEO and work closely with investors and leadership team. • Lead and mentor a finance team.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–8+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, ideally in asset management, investment banking or scaling high-growth startups. • Proven track record in fundraising, especially in securing debt financing, e.g. venture debt, private debt. • Well established network of relationships within the international financial ecosystem • Scaling Finance Operations from 1 to 2. • International exposure, with excellent English communication skills and experience navigating global financial ecosystems. • Experience or personal interest in sustainability or climate. • Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture and make sound strategic decisions. • A natural negotiator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a high level of external trust. • Outcome-focused personality, a strategic-doer. • A scalable balance between risk appetite and control. • A seasoned people leader with high self-awareness.
