Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred. • 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. • Expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls, with proficiency in accounting software and financial systems. • Experience in healthcare or a related sector, particularly with Revenue Cycle Management (claims), is a plus. • A proven track record of effective financial management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
