📋 Description
• Lead and manage a subgroup of data researchers. • Assign tasks, provide direction, and monitor progress to ensure the successful completion of projects. • Act as a point of contact for subgroup members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the research topics covered by your area's space to ensure that you can provide the best support. • Ensure the integrity of data by performing thorough quality checks and validation processes. • Identify issues in research methodology and recommend improvements. • Provide mentorship and coaching to new joiners and associate researchers of the team. • Assist with training, and developing the knowledge-based skills of team members. • Consistently performing research in completing high-priority complex projects along with researching on DataHive ensuring that deliverables are met as per the required standards and timelines. • Monitor and report on the performance of your subgroup, offering feedback to team members to improve outcomes. • Manage and oversee multiple data research projects simultaneously.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 4-6 years of experience in data research or analysis, with a demonstrated track record of leading or mentoring a team. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow descriptions and guidelines. • Solid project management experience with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. • Proficient in data entry and record-keeping.
