Description

• Identify direction of Forcepoint’s technology architecture • Create a cohesive, simplified security offerings with an amazing customer experience • Oversee development of production code • Drive innovation and best practices to build competitive products • Provide technical feedback for critical platform and systems development • Drive complex projects and lead a team of engineers

Requirements

• 15 + years proven experience and regarded as a problem solver across various constituents • Extensive technical, market expertise in the security space • Ability to get consensus and set technical direction across a large engineering organization • Experience with networking and security protocols/technologies and implementation of high-speed, high-scale data-planes • Understanding of core networking protocols such as IPv4, IPv6, BGP, IPsec • Familiarity with key security proxy technologies such as SWG, CASB, ZTNA, DLP • Familiarity with distributed systems development • Experience working and helping define test methodologies and test plans
