Description

• Plan, architect, and build comprehensive security and IAM solutions. • Test solutions to ensure they meet the highest standards of performance and security. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security and IAM solutions with existing systems. • Conduct regular internal security assessments to identify areas of continued improvement. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to ensure timely delivery. • Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers as needed. • Leverage SRE best practices to develop and implement incident response plans and procedures for the receiving platform team. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions. • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to hand off solutions to relevant platform teams. • Stay up-to-date with and research industry best practices and emerging trends. • Participate in industry forums, conferences, and workshops to share knowledge and stay informed about the latest advancements. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., NIST, GDPR).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related. • 5+ years of hands-on experience architecting & building Cybersecurity and/or IAM solutions in GCP or Azure. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop effective solutions. • Ability to engage with customers to gather feedback and requirements. • Strong research skills to stay ahead of new technologies and trends. • Highly proficient in designing, building and testing robust security and IAM solutions. • Experience with cloud security and IAM solutions from major providers (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud). • Experience with the Microsoft IAM Stack (e.g., Active Directory, ADFS, AD LDS, MIM, etc…). • Ability to perform threat modeling and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and develop mitigation strategies. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with DevSecOps practices and integrating security into the software development lifecycle. • Ability to gather customer sign-off and ensure satisfaction with delivered solutions. • Ability to propose advanced research solutions for cutting-edge industry trends and continual improvement.
