📋 Description

• We seek a strategic, results-driven leader for Director, Marketing Process & Governance (Global) within Ford & Lincoln Marketing. • This leader will play a crucial role in driving smooth transitions as we implement new processes, tools, and operational structures while driving scale solutions across the Marketing organization at Ford. • Partnering with Ford & Lincoln Marketing leads, they will define best practices, lead operational change, and implement cross-functional solutions to enhance efficiency and build a foundation of excellence in processes, infrastructure, access, and measurement. • You’re a great fit if you have a proven track record in B2C/B2B marketing operations or strategy, strong leadership, and exceptional communication skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related degree • 10+ years of relevant experience • Experience in a senior marketing operations role, demonstrating successful project management and process optimization. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing data. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. • Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and development. • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive successful cross-functional collaboration. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing operations team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Proven track record of driving operational excellence in marketing operations and delivering impactful results. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines. • Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related degree • Experience in a global organization • Experience within the Automotive Industry • Experience with large-scale organizational transformations.
