Description

• Ford Pro is a new global business within Ford dedicated to commercial customer productivity. • Ford Pro delivers a suite of vehicles, accessories, and services, backed by technology. • Looking for Software Engineers who embrace Agile-eXtreme Programming principles to innovate software products for Ford.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent • 3+ years of experience in front-end development • 3+ years with Object-oriented languages (Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Kotlin, Python, C#) • 1+ years developing and deploying to cloud platforms (GCP, Pivotal, AWS, Azure) • Experience developing web-based UI using JavaScript, Angular or Vue and/or Typescript • Familiarity with debugging using appropriate tools • Continuous integration/delivery tools (Jenkins, Terraform) • Experience with end-to-end testing tools (Selenium) • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field • Preferred: Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Design Principles • Preferred: Familiar with eXtreme Programming practices including Pair/Mob programming and TDD • Preferred: Experience with Spring/SpringBoot and RESTFUL Web services development • Preferred: Machine learning, mathematical modeling and data analysis • Preferred: Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
