• We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented analytics strategist to help lead the development and execution of our product analytics strategy. • This role will be instrumental in enabling data driven decision making, championing a data-centric culture across the product organization, and ultimately driving growth from our digital products. • The role will also help cultivate a culture of experimentation across the product organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics) with a combination of experience and education • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in digital analytics and experimentation within a technology company • Minimum of 7 years’ experience leading Digital Analytics Center of Excellence in a large organization with a proven record of architecting and driving analytics implementation guides, dictionaries, governance, and streamlining across multiple business units. • Minimum of 7 years’ experience leading and mentoring digital analytics teams; Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams • A strategist with a strong product mindset, expertise in defining the strategy on critical customer journey insights, with a deep understanding of how they need to be collected from digital channels to stitch the customer journeys and derive critical data insights. • Experience working within product organizations: Proven track-record of successfully driving product improvements and growth using data-driven insights. Understanding of and experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles • Established experience with A/B Testing and experimentation methodologies and tools • Extensive experience with digital analytics platforms: Deep expertise in analytic tooling (Adobe, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Contentsquare, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Tag Managers, SDKs ) including experience with data collection, processing, analysis, and reporting • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, and Power BI • Master of Business Administration or other Master’s degree preferred • Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely for both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to comfortably pivot and change direction in a fluid environment where priorities shift regularly. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Strong Analytic Skills and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, draw conclusions, and communicate insights effectively • Experience with data warehousing and big data technologies (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake) a plus
