Requirements

•A proven track record in data center planning and construction. •Familiarity with Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is essential. •Proven academic excellence in technical fields, with a minimum of an undergraduate degree. •Experience in customer success, account management, or onboarding. •Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure. •Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate complex customer interactions, manage diverse stakeholder relationships, and approach challenges with empathy, patience, and effective communication skills. •A positive, self-starter attitude with a desire to exceed expectations. •Enthusiasm for automation and leveraging technology in your role. •Diligence and attention to detail. •Ability to think tactically and strategically. •Serious athletic or military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline, resilience, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
