Description

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, virtually or in-person (at select locations). • Conduct assessments, provide diagnoses, and develop treatment plans and complete progress notes. • Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to care. • Must be willing and able to submit all client documentation within 72 hours of a client visit. • Are required to consistently maintain caseload requirements based on employment agreement. • Are responsible for caseload management, including schedule maintenance, charge slips, and speaking with clients about high balances and consistent attendance.

Requirements

• Be an active, independent California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist. • Hold permanent residence within a state in which Foresight operates (CA residence required for hybrid). • Not have opted out from Medicare. • Have access to reliable and stable internet and be proficient with technology.
