Requirements

• Commitment to client-centered care • Open mind and desire for professional development • Willing and able to submit all client documentation within 72 hours of a client visit • Active, independent California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist • Access to reliable and stable internet and proficiency with technology • Hold permanent residence within a state in which Foresight operates • Not opted out from Medicare
