📋 Description
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for our hiring partners, including job postings, sourcing, screening, candidate selection, and offer negotiation. • Provide tailored consultations to clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations. • Develop a deep understanding of our hiring partners and improve current recruitment best practices. • Work closely with candidates to identify the best job matches and manage priorities efficiently. • Handle a high volume of hiring processes while providing guidance, gathering feedback, and moving job processes forward. • Assist candidates at all interview stages, ensuring they are supported throughout the process.
🎯 Requirements
• Familiarity with the talent market and recruitment in the manufacturing, social media, medical, and other industries in Southeast Asia, Europe, and beyond. • Strong ability to understand job positions and quickly identify target candidates using multiple recruitment channels outside of LinkedIn. • Rich experience in end-to-end candidate recruitment with exceptional negotiation and communication skills. • Availability to dedicate at least 4 hours daily to recruitment searches, with access to a personal computer and stable internet.
