📋 Description
• Collect and understand local laws and regulations • Establish and improve the company's HR and administrative management system • Take charge of the company's human resources and administrative management work • Provide HR and administrative support for the company's development • Be responsible for external communication and coordination related to HR and administrative work • Develop standards for the company's HR and administrative management work • Connect with the HR & Administration head of the domestic headquarters • Complete other related work assigned by superior leaders
🎯 Requirements
• College degree or above • Thai nationality • 5 years of working experience • 3 years of experience in HR and administrative management in a 100-person factory • Be able to communicate fluently with Chinese and Thai speakers • Proficiently use computers and related office software • Good data analysis and problem-solving skills • Familiar with daily HR and administrative work content • Familiar with local labor-related laws, government departments, and procedures • Have experience in standardized management of HR and administration
