• Responsible for implementing ServiceNow Platform and ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and ITAM modules. • Support engagement efforts for process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis. • Guide customers in making the most out of ServiceNow investments. • Lead technical aspects of project delivery and provide best practice guidance. • Ensure ServiceNow configuration meets customer requirements and provide training. • Provide ongoing technical consultancy and support for ServiceNow implementations. • Identify and advise on resolution of problem areas within ServiceNow environments.
