• Responsible for running Form3 services reliably and cost-efficiently • Multi-disciplinary team encompasses SRE, Incident Management, and Software Supply Chain • Address cross-cutting concerns for improved development experience

Requirements

• Technical or engineering background with at least 5+ years of experience • Shape, manage and communicate teams’ roadmaps and vision • Clear and engaging communicator • Facilitate workshops and define initiatives, roadmaps and milestones • Establish KPIs/OKRs and report on their progress • Understanding of SRE discipline and practices (SLOs/SLAs, incident management) • Understanding of observability domain and tooling • Experience of building and managing technical products
