• Forma.ai is a Series B startup revolutionizing sales compensation design and management. • We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst for our Customer Operations team. • The role involves configuring commission data structures, creating reports, and managing databases using Excel and SQL.
🎯 Requirements
• Preference for Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field with a quantitative focus • 5+ years of experience in quantitative-focused, analytical role such as data management, database development, data analysis, data science, business analytics • Proficiency in Excel, with a working knowledge of SQL; experience with databases is a plus • Advanced English proficiency required as this is a client facing role • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus • Solid analytical skills and ability to present reports effectively • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders • Strong organizational and project management abilities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment • If you’re passionate about data analytics and want to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!
