📋 Description

• Develop and implement best practices for proposal development and ensure adherence to organizational standards. • Participate in the Sales Management meetings and ensure that all client facing new business pieces are accurate and consistent • Oversee the entire proposal lifecycle, from planning and strategy to writing, editing, and submission. • Manage Loopio, the RFP and proposal writing software, and ensure that all templates and repositories are up to date. • Coordinate with business development, the Director of Solutions Consulting, technical, and subject matter experts to gather necessary information and develop proposal content. • Assist with PowerPoint templates, consistency and help AVPs with any content strategy for onsite visits as needed. • Develop and execute proposal strategies that align with organizational goals and client requirements. • Analyze proposal requirements and develop detailed plans to meet deadlines and quality standards. • Review and edit proposal content for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client specifications and RFP requirements. • Ensure proposals are reviewed and approved by all relevant stakeholders before submission. • Make sure that multiproduct proposals are reflected accurately and branding is consistent. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposal process. • Maintain and update proposal templates, content libraries, and tools to streamline proposal development. • Act as the primary point of contact for proposal-related inquiries and communications with clients and stakeholders. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor proposals to address specific requirements. • Interview and outline all case studies and submit for final editing to marketing. • Manage a list of customer references for each product line and liaise with Client Success for enhancement and best practice. • Manage proposal budgets, including estimating resource requirements and tracking expenses. • Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and high-quality proposal submissions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in proposal management or a related field • Proven track record of managing complex proposals and leading proposal teams. • Strong understanding of proposal processes, including compliance, writing, and editing. • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously. • Proficiency in proposal management software and tools.
