• Formula.Monks, part of Media.Monks and S4 Capital, is a global consulting firm mastering AI-powered transformations for the Fortune 100. • As a Manual Tester, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality software by performing comprehensive manual testing for web-based applications. • Working closely with developers, product managers, and other QA staff, you will help refine QA methodologies, manage test cases, and ensure seamless product releases.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of manual testing experience, preferably in agile environments. • A strong understanding of test strategies, planning, and execution. • Familiarity with QA management tools. • Ability to classify bugs by severity/priority and communicate findings effectively. • Basic understanding or willingness to learn automation testing concepts. • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills, ensuring thorough validation of features. • Strong communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus). • Flexibility to collaborate with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
