• About Us • Formula5 is a dynamic and expanding secure data consulting firm specializing in Microsoft's & Azure technologies in finance and Healthcare sector. • Your Role • Join us for a one-of-a-kind opportunity that can shape your career! • By tapping into clinical data from hundreds of clinics, you'll have the chance to truly make a difference in people's lives while honing your skills in technology that will pave your way to a successful career in healthcare data science. • As a Business Analyst at Formula5, you'll be a key player in: • Analyzing Healthcare Data to improve patient care, reduce costs, and enhance health outcomes. • Data Analysis and Insights: You'll analyze healthcare data to improve patient care, reduce costs, and enhance health outcomes transforming data into actionable insights. • Requirements Gathering: You'll collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable requirements. • Data Modeling: Understanding healthcare, medical terminologies and processes (e.g., pathology, dermatology, oncology) you will design and develop data models for Power BI's. • Report Development: You'll help to create, create interactive and user-friendly Power BI reports that empower decision-makers. • Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers and other data analytics team members to ensure seamless data integration and reporting processes. • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices in data analytics.
Requirements
• 1-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. • Experience with healthcare data, including familiarity with medical terminologies and processes (e.g., pathology, dermatology, oncology). • Proven proficiency in Power BI report development and data modeling (with strong medical professional background possible to learn on job). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with SQL, DAX and / or other data query languages. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. • You need to be able to work in English language working environment. • You need to be comfortable to work afternoon hours with us and our clients in US. • Polish and English language comfortable in communication is a must. • Familiarity with Azure cloud services: Data Factory, Synapse, Microsoft Fabric etc. • Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for advanced calculations in Power BI. • Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
