• Contribute to evaluation projects in emergency preparedness, public safety, elections, and economic opportunity. • Collaborate with research teams to collect and analyze data. • Support federal clients including FEMA. • Design, execute, and interpret research across methodologies. • Prepare research reports, presentations, and deliverables. • Provide quality checks on client deliverables. • Manage and analyze large datasets. • Balance roles across multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Administration, Political Science, Sociology, Statistics, or other social science field. • At least one to three years of experience contributing to research and evaluation projects. • Proficiency with at least one statistical analysis software package (e.g., STATA, R, Python, SPSS). • Strong proficiency using MS Excel for data management and analysis. • Strong verbal and written communications skills. • Meticulous attention to detail. • Applicants must be U.S. Citizens and consent to a full background check.
