Description

• Conducting and reporting analyses of survey data for the Department of Defense. • Supporting questionnaire development and background research. • Dataset cleaning and content coding. • Creating reports and briefing decks based on findings. • Supporting clients with their research goals and managing project expectations. • Upholding quality control standards and balancing multiple roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, marketing, economics, social science, statistics or related field required. • Master's degree preferred. • 1 to 3 years of post-graduate professional research experience, preferably in market or communication research. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently without close supervision and as a team member. • Excellent analytic and dataset manipulation skills in at least one statistical software package. • Experience creating visual and written summaries of research results for non-technical audiences. • Strong quantitative ability and keen eye for detail and accuracy. • Applicants may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to sensitive information. • Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check.
