Description

• Responsible for overall workflow, project management and production of marketing and communications materials. • Act as a lead contact on projects, responding promptly to requests for information. • Collaborate with creative teams to find best solutions for clients’ creative needs. • Anticipate obstacles to keep projects on track. • Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking estimates for labor and expenses. • Identify and manage appropriate external vendors. • Ensure quality assurance for all projects against client brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 6+ years of creative project management at an agency or similar environment. • Strong understanding of and commitment to delivering high quality, strategy-driven creative work. • Experience managing creative teams and vendor relationships. • Ability to develop, communicate and maintain systems that increase efficiency and provide growth opportunities for the agency. • Demonstrated strong communications and problem-solving skills. • Strong digital content, video and broadcast, print (collateral + advertising) and event/tradeshow project management experience; web and app development experience desired. • Exacting attention to detail. • Ability to estimate and maintain accurate schedules and budgets. • Experience identifying, contracting and managing all types of creative resources and vendors from freelancers to content developers to printers. • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and uses and mechanics of creative softwares. • Proficiency with Microsoft office application. • Knowledge of project management principles, processes and software. • A solid understanding of the lifecycle of web development initiatives. • Experience developing quality assurance plans and managing QA. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong management and leadership skills.
