Description

• Support evaluation projects within the Fors Marsh PEPA practice. • Answer questions related to emergency preparedness effectiveness through creative thinking. • Lead the design, execution, and interpretation of evaluation research in various methodologies. • Manage timelines and quality of deliverables while leading evaluation projects. • Prepare research reports and presentation materials based on findings. • Collaborate with clients to manage expectations and build relationships. • Manage and analyze large datasets and provide quality checks on client deliverables. • Contribute to proposals and business development efforts across projects.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Economics, Public Policy, Political Science, Sociology, Statistics or other social science field. • A minimum of 6 years applied experience contributing to and leading evaluation research projects, preferably for federal clients. • Understanding of statistics, econometrics, and quantitative methodology. • Experience cleaning, manipulating, and merging data from both primary and secondary sources. • Proficient in at least one statistical analysis software package (STATA preferred, R, Python, and/or SPSS). • Experience with MS Excel for data management and analysis. • Experience conducting survey studies, including the development of sampling plans, survey instruments, and analytic approaches. • Understanding of methods for collecting and analyzing qualitative data. • Strong verbal and written communications skills. • Meticulous attention to detail. • Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check.
