Description

• Design, develop, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning algorithms in multiple sensor domains: camera, LiDAR, radar. • Improve existing deep learning models and monitor their performance over time. • Stay up-to-date with academic research and industry trends as relates to deep learning for perception. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to leveling up their skills.

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of standard deep learning algorithms for perception. • Experience designing, developing, and training deep nets for object detection, semantic/instance segmentation, and traversability prediction. • Solid understanding of machine learning training/deployment pipelines and their implementation. • Experience with PyTorch or Tensorflow, ROS, Docker, Python. • Excellent core software engineering skills: software design, containerization, unit testing, and debugging. • Experience with delivering production-quality software in a continuously integrated environment using test-driven development patterns.
