📋 Description
• Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in unbefristeter Festanstellung in Vollzeit Unterstützung in unserem Services-Team als IoT-Consultant. • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung der Implementierung und Betreuung von IoT-Plattformen auf dem Shopfloor. • Sicherstellung der technischen Funktionalität und Integration der IoT-Plattform in bestehende ERP-Systeme. • Planung, Leitung und Durchführung von ganzheitlichen Software-Projekten bei Neu- und Bestandskunden. • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internationalen Service Hubs in Indien und Bulgarien. • Eigenverantwortliche Beratung und Bereitstellung von praxisorientierten Lösungen und Konzepten. • Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Technik, insbesondere hinsichtlich Lastenheften und modulübergreifender Funktionsfähigkeit. • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Bedarfsanalyse und Entwicklung von Lösungskonzepten. • Aufbau und Erhaltung eines engen und vertrauensvollen Verhältnisses zu unseren Kunden. • Verhandlung von Projektkomponenten (Inhalt, Zeitplan, Aufwand). • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Projektplänen inkl. Aufwandskalkulation sowie Zeit-, Funktions- und Budgetplanung. • Überwachung des Projektfortschritts und Qualitätssicherung. • Steuerung und Koordination von Partnern und Dienstleistern.
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im kaufmännischen / betriebswirtschaftlichen oder informationstechnischen Bereich, ergänzt durch fundierte Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Management von IT-, vorzugsweise ERP-Projekten. • Praktische Erfahrung im Shopfloor-Bereich und technisches Verständnis für IoT-Plattformen. • Interesse und erste Erfahrungen mit Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI). • Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Consultant oder Projektmanager im ERP-Umfeld. • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch (fließend in Wort und Schrift). • Hohe Kundenorientierung und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. • Zeitliche Flexibilität und professioneller Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen. • Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung und proaktivem Lernen. • Idealerweise Kenntnisse aus dem Bereich Produktion / Fertigung.
