• We are a Software and Professional Services provider well established on our market, leading a business model transformation to Saas and Cloud solutions with high growth considerations and ambitious. • The Senior FP&A Lead role is a direct contributor to the company success in facilitating all financials process to deliver budget/forecast and analysis. • The Senior FP&A Leader is instrumental in bringing both Senior Management and all Operational Leaders with the analytics and recommendations to drive the company operations. • Key aspects of the role include delivering detailed financial insight to Exec's and Business Leaders, providing operational support, continuous review and improvement of processes & controls, coaching and developing the team, ownership of all aspects of Financial Planning & Analysis functions: Budget Process, Forecast lead, Monthly Results analysis, recommendation for continuous improvements and remediation plans as appropriate. • Your strong attention to details, combined with excellent presentation and communication skills allow you to bring accurate analysis and strategic recommendations to company Executive and key decision makers. • This is a brilliant opportunity to join an exciting high growth software (ERP) company that was recently acquired by Partners Group, one of the largest Private equity firm worldwide.

Requirements

• Commercial training and additional qualification in controlling or a bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent professional training • At least 5-10 years of experience in financial controlling, experience in the area of controlling for services and sales would be desirable • Leadership mentality and desire to develop people's leadership skills and expertise to lead, develop and scale a team for future regional growth • Software experience would be desirable as would understanding of on-premise transition to Cloud and subscription • Highly analytical and numerical affinity and mastery of controlling methodology • Highly service-minded, strong integrity and efficient way of working • High attention to details, hands on and growth mindset. • Ability to work under pressure and in a team • Fluent in English and proficient in written and spoken French • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel is a must • Financial modelling skills essential • Positive team player !
