β€’ NJ 1099 Licensed Child/Adolescent Therapist (Remote). β€’ Needed Coverage: Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 8:30pm ET, Saturdays & Sundays 8:30am - 4:30pm ET. β€’ Flat rate for each appointment completed, determined by the CPT code submitted: $85 for 55-minute sessions and $40 for 30-minute sessions. β€’ Late Cancellations: Paid 50% of scheduled visit rate for No Shows or Late Cancellations occurring up to 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. β€’ Join Our Team as a Contract Therapist at Fort Health, dedicated to providing enriching job experiences and exceptional care. β€’ Fort Health is a mental health company focused on improving access to mental health care for children and families. β€’ Our goal is to ensure every child has access to the mental health support they need, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and innovation in care.

Requirements

β€’ Licensed Clinicians: Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC licensed to practice in New Jersey (multiple state licenses preferred). β€’ Clinical Experience: 3+ years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, with expertise in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT. β€’ Telehealth Experience: Experience in delivering telehealth services. β€’ Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team and effective engagement with stakeholders. β€’ Technical Requirements: Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload). β€’ Credentialing: Active NPI and established CAQH credentialing, with existing credentialing with major insurers.
