Description

• Play a pivotal role in building and advancing people analytics capabilities. • Focus on establishing a strong data foundation, including designing and maintaining data infrastructure and reports. • Provide day-to-day support for Workday technical operations and ensure data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, with 2+ years of Workday configuration experience (HCM, Core Compensation) • Proficiency manipulating and analyzing data in Google Sheets/Excel, with Looker knowledge a plus • Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and reliability. • Demonstrated experience in building scalable dashboards and processes that meet evolving business needs. • Strong data analytics, data management, and storytelling techniques to present clear and actionable insights. • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions. • Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Survey experience, including designing, project managing, and analyzing employee surveys. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and pushing work forward with minimal supervision.
