• 5-7 years proven experience in marketing analytics, focusing on user acquisition in gaming. • Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like SQL, Python, R, or similar. • High proficiency in statistical analysis for A/B testing. • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Looker. • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Strong project management skills. • Proven experience mentoring analysts. • Passion for gaming and interest in leveraging data for growth.
