Description

• Fortis seeks a Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to enhance player engagement through innovative lifecycle marketing strategies. • Own the execution of our initiatives supported by a robust CRM framework. • Execute omnichannel CRM campaigns and ensure timely delivery with Lifecycle Marketing leadership. • Ensure operational processes are upheld across owned channels for both program and campaign specific requirements. • Work with product and engineers to advance new features across multiple channels. • Understand end-to-end journey for players across games and meet all requirements for lifecycle management strategies. • Optimize each touchpoint to enhance player experience, engagement, and retention. • Manage audience segment list's health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance. • Build collaborative relationships across teams to ensure campaigns resonate and inspire. • Work with analytics and data engineering teams to automate reporting and deliver insights. • Coordinate experimentation and learning agendas with game, community, and publishing teams. • Adapt strategies to changes in privacy regulations and technological advancements.

Requirements

• Established success in the field of Marketing Technology, specifically leading email operations and marketing data integrations for high-growth marketing organizations. • Established success with Customer Engagement Platforms inclusive of ESP with email operations leadership, email development, and quality assurance • Experience building and managing customer segmentation across multiple channels and data sources • Experience in driving SMS/MMS, Push Notification, In-App Management and Social Messenger Service one off and journey based campaigns • Experience working with growth marketing frameworks, acquisition, lead nurture campaigns, and retention strategies • Experience with CDP solutions both external or internally built (i.e. Segment, ActionIQ) • Technical proficiency requirements include HTML development for landing pages, emails, and in-app messages • Strong Experience building triggered action journeys, segmentation and campaign • Google Analytics, Singular or equivalent to allow for marketing impact on app or web behavior • Strong calendar management and prioritization skills with experience in workflow tool sets (i.e. ClickUp, Monday, Wrike)
