Description

• Identify unique and meaningful community connection opportunities. • Interact and engage with the player community. • Work collaboratively with Community Development team to support initiatives. • Partner with Community Platforms team for engaging campaigns. • Align with Player Support to interpret and report community concerns. • Work with external community leaders to ensure player voices are represented. • Share learnings and perspectives with the Community Development Team.

Requirements

• Holistic understanding of organizational best practices around communication, transparency, and culture. • A gamer at heart with a true passion for games. • Ability to have productive conversations about game direction, community requests, and business goals. • Desire to provide solutions and proactive feedback. • Flexibility and understanding of redirection during early development phases. • Keen awareness of trends, industry shifts, and community representation. • Deep understanding of the relationship between studio and game communities. • Willingness to experiment with innovative community connections. • Familiarity with social media platforms and community channels. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Experience in soft launch and early live phases of games a plus.
