• As a Senior Animator, your mission is to bring stylized game characters to life through animations. • Collaborate with the art and design teams. • Create and manage animation systems within Unity. • Ensure quality and consistency of animations. • Mentor and train junior animators. • Provide feedback and guidance to other departments. • Identify and resolve animation-related issues. • Meet project timelines and schedules.
Requirements
• Advanced proficiency in 3D animation software and workflows. • Expert knowledge of keyframe animation principles and techniques. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Strong ability to understand and follow project requirements. • Knowledge of rigging and skinning characters and objects. • Ability to create and refine character and object animation cycles. • Understanding of the Unity game engine animation systems. • Strong problem-solving skills for animation issues. • Knowledge of scripting and programming languages for animation tools.
