• At Fortis Games, we aspire to make great games that bring people together. • As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you’ll lead building and implementing web client-side technologies. • Collaborate with engineers, game development teams, and product managers to produce cutting-edge software solutions. • Be involved in architecting frontend applications, API design, and ensuring codebase quality. • Provide guidance and mentorship to peers while collaborating in a leadership role with product and design.

Requirements

• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript. • Deep knowledge of frontend technologies: React, Webpack, Node.js, npm. • Familiar with micro frontends and microservice architectures, and CMS technologies. • Skilled in integrating with RESTful APIs and collaborating with backend developers. • Committed to unit and integration testing during development. • Versatile in adopting new technologies as needed for specific use cases. • Strong mentorship and coaching skills. • Track record of working within development best practices, Agile methodology, and effective team collaboration.
