📋 Description
• Responsible for delivering analytical insights that track provider performance and client health • Utilize large data sets to detect client pain points within the work order cycle • Collaborate with other parts of the organization to craft internal and external reporting • Provide ad hoc analytical support based on individual client requests • Enhance the Looker dashboard suite to deliver real-time client and provider updates
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 2-3 years in analytics-based role (e.g., analyst, consulting, operations, finance) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with accuracy and attention to detail • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings (strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel required / SQL and Looker experience a bonus) • Ability to tell a story using data and clearly communicate “the why” to what’s happening • Self-starter who is able to work independently and take on high level of ownership • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environment • Intellectual curiosity to go deep into data, identify trends, and ask questions • Brings a positive attitude and is adaptive and responsive to feedback
