• Responsible for delivering analytical insights that track provider performance and client health • Utilize large data sets to detect client pain points within the work order cycle • Collaborate with other parts of the organization to craft internal and external reporting • Provide ad hoc analytical support based on individual client requests • Enhance the Looker dashboard suite to deliver real-time client and provider updates
