📋 Description
• Join the leader in Test- and Measurement in EMEA. • Responsible for the entire business result of product family(s). • Deliver against the roadmap of new products and enable growth of existing product lines. • Drive pan-EMEA programs like New Product Introductions and sales promotions. • Actively monitor market trends and performance of product lines. • Own the annual and quarterly commercial plan for product lines. • Engage in ongoing collection of data and insights from internal and external sources. • Drive prioritization and resource allocation within commercial teams based on targets and performance.
🎯 Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or related field, masters’ degree preferred • 10+ years of experience within a mid-to-large size company responsible for managing products and/or markets • Ability to effectively interact and influence at senior leader/executive levels • Strong stakeholder management experience in a large international/global matrix organization • A collaborative mindset and approach to the many projects that require team members from different organizations • Solid track record for developing and leading high performing commercial programs • Strong written and oral skills in English and any other European language would be preferred • Experience doing market research
