Description

• Develop customer satisfaction through the quality of the service provided: • Ensure technical interventions of preventive and curative maintenance, for the "Sterrad", on a predefined geographical area. • Ensure a reliable diagnosis and a technical resolution of quality, in the standards imposed by ASP. • Respect the maintenance plans defined between the customer and ASP and maximize the reliability of the Sterrad. • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in the given geographical area. • Promote the implementation of maintenance contracts in collaboration with the Sales Force. • Participate in the achievement of the financial results of the ASP France Technical Service. • Maintain the customer installed base and provide the Sales Force with business opportunities. • Maintain a high level of reporting both in terms of activity and technical information. • Provide advice to customers, including hospital biomedical engineers or technicians. • Provide technical support and assistance to sales support staff. • Be a force of proposal to maximize the profitability of the maintenance contracts proposed to our users. • Be a point of contact for the team's technical questions and/or quality feedback with the EMEA technical team. • Complete all trainings and documentation requirements in a timely manner. • This position involves extensive travel and overnight stays.
