Description

• Responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to the VP, Financial Planning & Analysis. • Help drive financial and performance reporting for all compensation streams. • Maintain ownership of working models for forecasting salary and compensation related costs. • Reconcile and forecast/model compensation and headcount for effective decision making. • Process and administer variable compensation and quarterly/annual bonus plans. • Conduct financial reviews of the company’s monthly performance. • Provide financial analysis, variance analysis, and budgeting support. • Deploy new technology to streamline reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written English communication skills. • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related area. • Financial analysis, reporting and planning experience. • Project management – ability to organize and execute complex projects. • Detail oriented – natural inclination toward details. • Systems administration experience – configuration oversight for and ability to do first level troubleshooting. • Familiarity with payroll related accounting concepts. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Detail-oriented and good organizational skills. • Great problem solving and analytical skills. • Accounting and/or forecasting and planning software experience. • Ability to manage time well and multi-task. • Ability to work independently and cohesively with others. • Preferred: Experience with forecasting tools, consolidation systems and ERP’s, specifically OneStream, NetSuite, Salesforce.
