Description

• We are seeking a Contract Manager APAC to support our commercial teams in the region. • This role will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and processing high volumes of commercial contracts. • Understanding and strong prior know-how of a wide range of commercial contracts is required.

Requirements

• Graduate of a recognized law school or abroad and admitted as a member of the legal profession in China. • Minimum of 10 years’ prior working experience in the legal department of a global health-care/ Life Science company and an international law firm with a healthcare practice, with at least 5+ years’ working experience as in-house. • Experience in compliance is a plus. • Passer of P.R. China Bar. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (primarily, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Adobe • Experience with contract life-cycle management and e-signature software tools • Must be fluent in Chinese and English, Japanese is a plus.
