📋 Description
• We are seeking for a candidate with excellent leadership qualities to join our regional team as Manager, HR Shared Services. • In this role you will be responsible for leading the delivery of HR services to employees across the organization within the region. • This role will focus on managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of HR services, and optimizing HR processes. • The ideal candidate should bring experience in managing HR teams, implementing process improvements, and delivering high-quality HR services while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. • Responsibilities include leading and managing a team, ensuring adherence to HR policies, overseeing HR service delivery, continuously improving processes, and collaborating with HRIS teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required). • At least 8+ years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR operations, or a similar role, with a proven track record in leadership.
