Description

• We're looking for a Payroll Analyst to provide both analytical and transactional support to ensure employees are paid accurately and timely. • Payroll Analyst's responsibilities include validation and entry of payroll transactions as well as employee/manager support. • This person will be required to work cross functionally with departments across the org to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments. • To be successful in this role you must have excellent analytical skills, a solid understanding of payroll regulations and great customer service. • Manage complex payroll inquiries from employees and be able to explain payroll from a gross to net perspective for all countries within regional responsibility. • Manage LOA transaction entry and employee inquiries related to the how and why the pay was calculated. • Confirm accuracy of garnishment processing and compliance with legislation. • Execute standard work for managing overpayments/repayments with stakeholder communication with regional policy. • Validate and prepare, as needed, standard work for defined payroll processes under the regional payroll manager's responsibility. • Identify gaps and seek opportunities for continuous payroll process improvement. • Process equity inclusions, relocation, imputed income, and other taxable inclusions • Escalate payroll related issues, seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems and propose reasonable solutions. • Execute payroll transactions into payroll applications ensuring accurate and timely entry. • Execute data entry in all countries within regional responsibility and meet audit timelines, compliant with country legislation. • Detailed knowledge and understanding of GlobalView, ADP Celergo and eTime and processing payroll. • Execute process for data processing and strategy to communicate to employees to reduce MUDA in employee inquiries. • Execute strategy to process all opcos under shared service model by optimizing processes and leveraging process improvement tools and harmonization. • Support daily visual management to easily identify areas for improvement, control limits and adding additional opportunities for measurements to increase optimization. • Calculate termination and deceased wage payments compliant with country legislations. • Monitor, support employee escalations and inquiries. • Ability to run standard and create ad hoc reports. • Tax data management. • ACH preparation and payroll simulations as needed for termination pay, or pro-forma calculations.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to combine attention to detail with big picture perspective. • Ability to comfortably speak to employees to support inquiries. • Able to develop effective working relationships with various stakeholders. • Excellent time management, ability to meet deadlines, and organizational skills. • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience preferred working with ADP Global View, ADP Celergo and ADP eTime. • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines, resourceful and solution oriented. • Team player who is willing to pitch in and help wherever necessary. • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with flexibility. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Ability to gain credibility with OpCo’s, Influence others and make recommendations for change. • Proven record of accomplishment of consistently meeting goals and objectives. • Knowledge of regional payroll laws and regulations. • Ability to gain credibility with Opco’s, influence others and make recommendations for change. • Proven track record of consistently meeting goals and objectives. • Exhibits strong project skills with the ability to develop functional business requirements. • Preferred experience with other collaboration tools such as Miro and Teams Canvas • Multi-lingual preferred based on regional requirements.
