Description

• The Sales Manager will manage the sales process for QUALITROL’s offerings to Abu Dhabi market. • Engage with our customers, employees and channel partners to increase customer satisfaction. • Work directly with the Regional Sales Director and QUALITROL’s leadership team to establish and implement sales plans and tactics for the assigned territory. • Develop and manage relationships with customers, channel partners, and employees. • Provide and be accountable for sales forecasts and maintain the territory’s opportunity funnel in QUALITROL’s CRM.

Requirements

• BS degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with electric utilities and O&G companies within GCC, preferably in UAE. • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with channel partners (representatives and distributors) within GCC, preferably in UAE. • Deep understanding of electric power assets including but not limited to power transformers and HV Switchgears • Proven experience in structuring, advocating and closing electric power deals at all levels of management including the C-suite. • Good contact database and personal references in the Utility and O&G industry. • Proven sales record and account management and planning • Team player. • Problem solving skills. • Demonstrated knowledge of Abu Dhabi market business practices and culture. • Key account management and planning. • Complex selling and solution selling skills.
