📋 Description

• Work in the architecture team driving technological vision. • Lead design and implementation of solutions architecture to meet business needs. • Provide technical leadership in solution design of Intelex software throughout the customer cycle. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable and sustainable technology solutions. • Mentor Sales and Services team in presenting complex solutions requiring app builder work. • Translate client requirements into Intelex solutions, including workflow and configuration architecture. • Create and maintain configuration guidelines and best practices for efficient configuration. • Conduct technical risk assessments through experience, analysis, prototyping, and research.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Creative and innovative thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry trends. • Proficiency in modern software architecture practices, cloud-based solutions, and agile methodologies. • Experience in the environmental, health, safety and Quality (EHSQ) software industry or similar regulated industries. • Strong understanding of application architecture and design principles. • Solid understanding of web-based application architectures, including a comprehensive grasp of both server-side and browser-side operations. • Knowledge of object-oriented design principles. • Familiarity with data organization, including database schemas, table relationships, and SQL query formulation. • Software and integration configuration experience. • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as PowerBI. • Familiarity with Intelex’s product suite and the broader EHS technology landscape. • A strong portfolio showcasing successful deployment of solutions that have driven business transformation. • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing software solutions. • Strong understanding of application architecture and design principles. • Experience with implementing enterprise and multi-tenant software solutions. • Working and up-to-date knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis. • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience. • Professional certifications in software architecture or design (e.g., TOGAF, CTA).
