• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users including configuration errors, system failures, and user mistakes • Act as an escalation point for unresolved technical issues from within the customer support team • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email, phone and live chat • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, testers, and other technical teams, to diagnose and resolve complex issues while ensuring seamless business operations • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify recurring application errors and implement solutions • Monitor application performance and recommend optimizations to enhance stability and efficiency • Support Git repository maintenance, continuous code review, and version control processes • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, software updates, and issue resolutions • Participate in internal and external stakeholder meetings, providing technical insights and updates • Assist other teams with daily operational tasks, tool development, and automation efforts • Develop custom reports and data extractions based on business and technical needs • Join a 24/7 on-call rotation with team members to handle critical incidents and ensure uptime • Deliver coaching, mentoring, and internal training to enhance team skills and knowledge
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field • Proficiency in programming (Python and Java mandatory; Spring Boot is a plus) • Version control expertise, with experience using GitLab or GitHub • Container orchestration experience, with knowledge of Docker Swarm and Kubernetes • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles • Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and troubleshooting production issues • Ability to analyze logs and identify root causes of system failures • Knowledge of RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus) • Database expertise, with proficiency in MongoDB (PostgreSQL is a plus) • Exposure to cryptocurrency technologies and related platforms • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose complex technical issues • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused and empathy-driven approach • Ability to document technical processes clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders • A proactive mindset, with a knack for thinking outside the box and finding innovative solutions • Experience working in fast-paced environments, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
