• Create clear and concise content primarily for internal stakeholders • Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation like user manuals, API guides, and FAQs • Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content • Collaborate with SMEs to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy • Edit and proofread content for consistency and clarity • Organize and manage documentation repositories • Contribute to style guides, templates, and documentation standards • Stay updated on industry trends and tools for documentation improvement • Maintain our style and tone of voice at each customer touchpoint
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Content Developer, or similar role • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Madcap Flare or Confluence • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and explain them in simple terms • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • 3+ years of experience within a digital/tech environment • Exceptional communication skills • An ability to translate difficult technical concepts into easy-to-understand content • Experience in creating and iteratively improving content across digital platforms • Experience in working with other teams, subject matter experts and stakeholders • An ability to work both collaboratively and independently • Ability to manage your workload across multiple projects
