Description
• Maintain and improve critical internal tools and systems • Provide support for the systems owned by your team • Improve and automate the architecture, tech debt and constructs • Optimize the existing code base for maximum scalability and maintainability • Incorporate unit testing and regression testing to ensure defect-free code builds and releases • Provide and receive feedback through code reviews and pair programming • Help maintain a team culture including hard-work, humility, and cooperation
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of .NET development and architecture • Agile/Lean development lifecycle • A strong history of team collaboration • Implementing enterprise-scale, high volume, high availability systems • Realtime HL7 processing a plus • Client facing experience a plus
